Last year we hosted 2 sessions of the Silhouette Curio retreat and it was so widely requested that we have brought it back one more time!
I am so excited to share that the Curio event is now live for registration on the Terri Johnson Creates website!
Join us September 24-26, 2021 for one more round!
The projects in the photo above are the class projects for this event.
Class projects include:
– Metal etching
– Acrylic Etched Coasters
-Acrylic Etched Panel
– Embossed Leather key fob & earrings
– Sketching on Wood
– and more!
Join us from the comfort of your own home. Put a do not disturb sign on the door, order meals in, and set aside the entire weekend to dive in and really learn your Silhouette Curio machine!
No travel expenses to worry about and you can pause, rewind, re-watch the recorded video lessons for 30 days after the event weekend.
During the event weekend (September 24-26, 2021) we will be available to help troubleshoot throughout the day online and then will come together for Zoom calls in the morning & evening to also answer questions, share information, and show off what you made.
What if you attended the retreat last year?
No problem, I am working on alternate designs that use the same techniques taught in the recorded videos. You will simply just swap out the design and apply the same techniques.
Here is a little bit closer look.
As you will find if you attend the event, acrylic is very difficult to photograph due to the reflections.
And there is more!
I am also working on a couple of new bonus classes as well!
Here is a sneak peek – Metal Etched Cake Server
Don’t delay in registration though. This event is limited even though it is a virtual event so we can still provide the personal attention, troubleshooting advice, and personal interaction in the live Zoom calls happening throughout the weekend.
I can’t wait to share these Silhouette Curio projects and see what fabulous creations you all come up with!
Can you do this with a Cameo or Portrait?
The Cameo and Portrait machines are not designed for etching. There are several reasons the Curio is the machine designed for etching.
Check out more information on that HERE – Etching with Your Silhouette Machine
Whether you are joining us for the event or now, we would love to see what you are creating or learning with!
