This will be a group where everyone can share their projects, ask questions, get troubleshooting help, and continue their crafting journey with other creatives.
It will only be available to current subscribers.

However, please understand that there are times we do have to refer users to Silhouette Support when it involves account issues or an issue that has exhausted all troubleshooting attempts.

Cancelling a Subscription

While I cannot provide refunds due to the digital nature of the subscription, you are free to cancel at any time. Your subscription time will be fulfilled and once it’s up, access to the exclusive Creative Community Facebook group and forum will cease. If you do not feel you are getting the value for your payment, feel free to cancel your subscription any time.

Please note that by unsubscribing from the Creative Community mailing list will also automatically cancel a current subscription. Emails are intended for subscribers only and are sent once a month or on an as needed basis for subscription purposes.
