New updates to Silhouette America!

I wanted to share some information that is new on the Silhouette America website!

I do think it is something all Silhouette users can benefit from it!

What’s New?

New Silhouette Knowledge Base has now been updated on the Silhouette America website.

I know, most won’t be as excited about it as I am, but keep reading and maybe I can explain why I am excited about this!

Why am I so excited?

Because I use the search on the SilhouetteAmerica.com website hundreds of times every single day to find answers for users. AND now, you can easily do that too!

I am asked often how I know what I do and can solve the issues I do.

Research and experience!

Now, you can learn more about your Silhouette, find solutions to Silhouette issues you are having, and become an expert with your Silhouette machines easier.

I have previewed this Silhouette Knowledge Base for a few weeks now and am finding great resources and instruction on it!

So first, I want to share a few of the topics I found when I was just scrolling through that can be helpful to all Silhouette users and we often see asked on social media groups.

The more you know and can understand about how the machines work, the easier it will be to troubleshoot issues when they arise for you.
